We’re excited to share the highlights of our unforgettable Company Trip & Annual Dinner 2025, a 5-day 4- night getaway to the enchanting island of Bali! The trip was packed with adventure, culture, and celebration — and most importantly, it brought our team closer together.

Day 1: Arrival in Bali

The excitement began the moment we touched down in Bali! As team members from different locations arrived, we gathered at our hotel, settled in, and enjoyed some well-earned rest before the fun officially began. The evening was spent relaxing, reconnecting, and getting ready for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Coastal Views, Culture & Sunset Magic

Our Bali experience kicked off with a visit to the stunning Uluwatu Temple, perched on dramatic cliffs with breathtaking ocean views. Of course, we had some unexpected fun thanks to the local monkeys who were a little too interested in our belongings! 🐒😆

Next, we explored the GWK Cultural Park, admired towering statues, and enjoyed a flavorful local lunch surrounded by Balinese heritage. 🎭🍛

In the evening, we made our way to Melasti Beach to witness the iconic Kecak Dance at sunset — a truly magical performance framed by golden skies and crashing waves. 🌅💃

We ended the night with a warm, laughter-filled buffet dinner at Sky View, overlooking Bali’s evening lights.

Day 3: Adventure in the Heart of Ubud

We ventured inland to the lush surroundings of Ubud for an action-packed day. After breakfast, we dove into a thrilling Ayung River Rafting experience — for many, a first-time adventure full of rapids, splashes, and laughter. 🚣‍♀️💦😂

After drying off, we enjoyed a more relaxed visit to the Ubud Palace and spent some free time browsing the colorful Ubud Market, soaking in local arts and crafts. 👑🛍️

That evening, we visited the Bali Night Safari, where we rode a caged tram through an open-area zoo, coming face-to-face with lions and tigers roaming freely. 🦁🌙

Dinner was held in a glass-walled restaurant, with real lions visible just outside as we enjoyed a delicious buffet — a surreal and unforgettable experience! 🐾🍽️

Day 4: Annual Dinner & Awards Night – Bali

While our Bali trip was filled with adventure, the true highlight was our Annual Dinner & Awards Night on Day 4. 🌟🍽️

It wasn’t just a dinner — it was a heartfelt celebration of dedication, resilience, and team spirit. From touching speeches to the presentation of awards, we took time to honor those who consistently go above and beyond. 🏆👏

At LINGTEC, we celebrate progress, not just results — and value every contribution, big or small. Seeing our teammates shine on stage was a powerful reminder that:
